Submission

Submission Guidelines

A. Manuscript Requirements
  • The submitted manuscript must not have been previously presented/published elsewhere.
  • Self-Citation, ICNAM scientific committee highly recommends the paper with no more than 10% self-citation of any author.
  • The plagiarism of all submitted papers will check by Turnitin software to ensure the originality.
  • The tolerated similarity of the research paper is 20%, with less than 5% AI detection and no more than 5% from one source.
B. Manuscript Preparation

All papers should concisely be written in English clearly and precision by using simple words and short sentences. Papers not satisfying the language requirements will not be accepted.

  • Authors must submit a manuscript online in a single MS Word file using the conference website.
  • Full authors' names; Email address; affiliations (Department, Faculty, University, City, and Country); phone numbers; ORCID numbers of all authors, which must be available on the homepage of the manuscript.
  • Inserting number pages and lines to facilitate the review and editing of the manuscript.
  • All figures and tables should be editable, embedded and included in the main manuscript file.
  • Authors are strongly advised to include the DOI link for each reference cited in the manuscript.
  • The authors should state there are no conflicts of interest.
C. Manuscript Format

All manuscripts must contain the following essential elements in an orderly fashion: Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgements, and References. Divide your article into clearly defined and numbered sections. Subsections should be numbered 1.1 (then 1.1.1; 1.1.2; …), 1.2, etc.

Page format: Manuscripts should be typed in Times New Roman with font size 12 and in MS-Word format in one column with 2.5 cm margin on each side.

Title page: The title should be concise and informative, with no more than fifteen words, capitalize the first letter, and be typed in bold 12-point.

Abstract: The abstract (250-350 words) should be cohesive and adequate, including the research purpose, principal results, and conclusions as a standalone paragraph. References or abbreviations are not allowed in this section.

Keywords: Authors should provide 4-6 relevant keywords, arranged alphabetically and separated by semicolons.

Tables and Figures

  • All tables must be as editable text and not as an image. Tables must be numbered and placed within their relevant section. The author should use a caption explaining the contents of the table. Further, ensure that the data presented in the tables did not overtake the margin page border.
  • Figures should be presented in high quality not less than 300 dpi for colors. Figures should be in one of the following formats: EPS, PS, JPEG, TIFF, or Microsoft Word files.

Abbreviation, Units, and Mathematical Equations

  • Any abbreviation should be defined at their first mention there. If not already defined within the text body, all abbreviations must be presented in a separate table located just below the conclusion section.
  • All units should be following the SI system. Please convert any other unit to its equivalent value in the SI system wherever found.
  • All mathematical equations should be presented as editable text, not as an image.

Acknowledgments

Acknowledgments of contribute directly or indirectly to producing the article and research, should be stated in a separate section at the end just before the references.

References

References should be formatted in American Psychological Association (APA) style, numbered consecutively throughout the text, and compiled in a reference list under the "References" section at the end of the manuscript.

Peer-Review

All accepted papers will be considered for publication in one of the Clarivate and Scopus-indexed journals listed below. The scientific committee will make the final decision regarding selecting the appropriate journal for each paper. This decision will be based on the quality of the paper and its alignment with the specific scope and topic of the journal to ensure the best possible academic placement.
